Moving bodies, poem (345/365)

It’s inevitable
So the fear
And panic
Should disapate
But I struggle
To change
Legs feel uncomfortable
To move
after balled so long
We lie
But if we don’t
Move now the lie
Will just keep expanding
It’s inevitable
That one day
You’ll feel the
Desire to move again
But start before
Or you’ll mourn
The time you didn’t
