Sick of My Sims Having Better Jobs Than Me

2

[NOTE: I AM An OBSESSED CRAZED AVID SIMS GAMER. If you never played sims, sims is a video game in which you can control the day to day  lives of people. Give them jobs. Make them fall in love. Give them a family. Take them to the gym.]

My Sim  has written 12 novels.

My Sim has had two best sellers.

And is Currently making over  $100,000 a week in royalties.

He is still a young adult and has made it to the top of his career path.

And when his is not writing, he is winning awards or going on vacation.

While this is all amazing and I have  worked extremely hard to get him this far , no cheat codes scouts honor, this is adding nothing to my own life.

I am a little like what the HECK!! Because currently my cyber creation is more hard working and has more to show then I do. And that just is not right at all. That is why I have decided to cast away things that make procrastinate like the sims, excessive tv, and movies, to finish my goal of writing 4 scripts this summer.  I am saying this now so that I have the internet to hold me accountable.

For I am better then my sims. I can achieve what I want to do if I put my mind to it.

There is a saying I just heard the other day that goes like this: How do you get to the top of the mountain ?  Keep Climbing.

Wishing you an amazingly  productive week,

Lexie

I almost want to ask you what Sims extension that is, but I think if I do I’ll get sucked back in and won’t be able to resurface for a long time.

… okay, okay. I do want to know. =x

Don’t worry I will be fine, I have support for my addiction now lol . So I won’t be running back to play it. 🙂 I have played all of them, Sims 1, Sims 2, and Sims 3 with expansions. Even the pets expansion, which I don’t like because even if your sim currently doesn’t have a pet they still wander on your lot and wreck the lawn.
